Initially we would require an early meeting to discuss your needs, which will then be recorded onto a questionnaire and becomes our template.

At this meeting we will provide you with an overview of the market in the designated areas and outline our strategy for finding a property to match your specification.

We will also agree a timetable for feedback and future review meetings.

Many of our prospective clients tell us they simply do not have the time available to identify and view suitable properties.


They need someone to help reduce the amount of time spent on viewing unsuitable properties and to provide them with an informed opinion on the property market and the impact it could have on their purchase.

Our fees include assistance with your purchase all the way through to completion which typically involves interacting with the Solicitors, following up with the Estate Agent and handling any other related issues.
