Our fees
are paid in two stages as follows:
When
you instruct us to proceed you pay a non-refundable
registration fee of £395.00, this covers
the initial 6 months engagement period, and
provides the following services:

Initial discussions to determine your precise
requirements
• Property search and preparation of
a property shortlist
• Accompanied viewing of your selected
properties
• Negotiation of purchase price (or
rental agreement) and liaison with professionals
to exchange of contracts (or signing of tenancy
agreement)
